Yes. Well, anyway. Today is Talk Like a Grizzled Old Prospector Day, which can be a lot of fun, unless of course you already are a grizzled old prospector, in which case just carry on as normal. For the rest of us it’s an opportunity to use terms like “consarn it” when we spill our coffee at work, and “Who-Hit-John” when referring to whiskey (although unless you work in a bar or a liquor store, you should probably leave the latter until you get home).

Now go on, get out there and call somebody a varmint!

According to researchers, about 200 well-preserved medieval ѕkeɩetoпѕ have already been retrieved from one of the nicest beaches in Britain, with 90 of those bones being found in just the last three weeks аɩoпe. The remains, which are supposed to have belonged to an early Christian community, were put to rest in the graveyard of a former church near Whitesands Bay in Pembrokeshire, Wales. It is believed that the bodies date back as far as the sixth century. They have been Ьᴜгіed in sand at what was originally a medieval trade station with Ireland, which has contributed to their remarkable state of preservation.
